These two videos introduce my perception, theories and concept of facing, handling and understanding aggression and violence. I have tried to make the instruction on these tapes thought provoking. The topics incorporated in these volumes include environmental awareness, analysis of violence, psychological structures, priming rituals, fight psychology, behaviour, body language, pre-incident indicators, my 'Control & Destroy Concept', Legal implications, moral issues and the 'aftermath'. These instructional tapes are recommended by Geoff Thompson.

CONTROL & DESTROY SERIES

This series of tapes illustrate my concept of dealing with serious confrontational situations. Drawing from all my reality based knowledge, I have formulated a concept that utilises efficiency, effectiveness and strategic application in order to survive an intense altercation. Concentrating on the mindset of the individual, rather than trying to teach over-complex technical applications, this concept is relatively easy to implement into anyone's Self Protection programme. The fist two videos cover 'Stand-up' situations, the second two, address situations from the ground.

Volume 1 - Standing Basics.

Included in this volume are the fundamental aspects of the concept. Using efficient and effective applications, and taking advantage of knowledge of instinctive reactions, balance and energy (efficiency and delivery of), and positioning are addressed in depth.

Volume 2 - Standing Intermediate.

This tapes progresses from the first, focussing on movement, manipulation and ultimately disabling an assailant.

Volume 3 - Groundwork Basics.

Using the same mindset and strategies, as in the previous tapes, this volume deals with the most dangerous area of an unarmed attack - fighting from the ground. The principles are the same as before, just modified a little to suit the area of combat.

Volume 4 - Groundwork Intermediate.

Another progression from the previous tape. Positioning, neutralisation techniques and escapes are just some of the aspects illustrated in this video.
