Take the exit signed for Mansfield.
(It will be the 2nd exit if you are travelling Southbound, or the 5th exit if you are travelling Northbound).
Stay on this road (it will lead you all the way into the town). You will go through ‘Bramley Vale’ once you have come off the dual carriage-way. You will pass The Young Vanish pub on your left side (as you come through ‘Glapwell’). The road will go into another dual carriage way, with an island at the end. Take the 3rd exit (signed for Mansfield), and continue along the road. You will pass New England pub on your right side (as you reach the top pf the hill). Further along the road you will pass Newbolds VW garage on your left side. A little further you will come to a large road junction with 2 sets of traffic lights. There will be the Rufford Arms pub & restaurant on your right side. Turn left at this junction. Continue along this road – Debdale Lane, you will pass under a bridge, you will go under this, then need to turn left into the car park for the gym just before traffic lights. You have successfully arrived.
