Take the exit signed for Mansfield.
You should now be on the A38, heading towards Mansfield. Continue along this road, you will pass through 11 sets of traffic lights in total. You will pass a number of pubs at traffic light junctions, a large reservoir on your right, then there will be a McDonald’s on your left side at a large junction, there is also a B&Q Warehouse there. You will need to carry straight on. You climb a long incline, passing the ‘Fox and Hound’ pub, then at the next major junction you will see the ‘Rufford’ pub and restaurant. Continuing straight on you will pass under a bridge, you will need to turn left into the car park for the gym just after this bridge and before going through that set of lights. You have successfully arrived.
